Jason Johnson stand together May 5 as the medical supply turnover ceremony begins at the Bigaa Health Center in Bigaa, Albay province, Philippines. The donations were a part of the humanitarian civil assistance programs being completed during Exercise Balikatan, an annual bilateral training exercise between the Philippine and U.S. forces to strengthen the relationship between the two allied nations. Arienda is the barangay chairman of Bigaa, Bolina is deputy commander of the Joint Civil Military Operations Task Force, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Roces is the acting city mayor of Legazpi and Johnson is deputy commander for the JCMOTF, U.S. armed forces.
