Members from the Royal Thai Air Force band perform during the dedication ceremony of a new multipurpose building at the school in San Pa Tong district, Chiang Mai province, Kingdom of Thailand Feb. 18. During the ceremony, attendees celebrated the building constructed by multinational forces during an engineering civic assistance project, part of exercise Cobra Gold 2013. Cobra Gold, in its 32nd iteration, is designed to advance regional security by joining multinational forces together in partnership to solve regional challenges.
