PALS consists of discussions and presentations conducted to promote regional security and to enable responsive forces during crisis situations. The 2022 symposium brought together senior leaders from 18 participating delegations who are committed to a free and open Indo-Pacific, with the objective of strengthening and developing regional relationships.
