Mina is deputy Assistance Chief of Staff for Training and Education Staff, Philippine Army and Graham is the commander with 3rd Battalion, 25th Aviation Regiment, 25th Combat Aviation Brigade. Balikatan is an annual U.S.-Philippine bilateral military exercise focused on a variety of missions including humanitarian and disaster relief, counterterrorism, and other combined military operations.
