A Mongolian Armed Forces soldier executes a mechanical advantage control holds technique after being sprayed with oleoresin capsicum during Non-Lethal Weapons Executive Seminar (NOLES) 2016 at the Five Hills Training Area, Mongolia, Sept. 17, 2016. Mongolian soldiers and National Police were exposed to oleoresin capsicum spray and had to complete a five-level circuit course. Non-lethal weapons are designed to incapacitate equipment and personnel while minimizing fatalities and permanent injury to personnel, and undesired collateral damage to property.
