The USAR training familiarized BK15 participants in lumber cutting and basic shoring, enabling them to more effectively construct T-spots and split soles in case a collapsing building needs to be supported during a real world mission. This year marks the 31st iteration of the exercise, which is an annual Philippines-U.S. bilateral military training exercise and humanitarian civic assistance engagement.
