U.S. Army Capt. Andrew Armstrong, veterinarian, Public Health District Japan, gives a dog a dose of rabies vaccination in Puerto Princesa, Philippines, during exercise Balikatan 2015, April 18. The Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. Armed Forces conducted the vaccinations to prevent the spread of rabies and raise the overall health of animals in the area. This year marks the 31st iteration of the annual Philippine-U.S. bilateral training exercise and humanitarian civic assistance engagement.
