Philippine Brig. Gen. Romeo Labador, deputy commander for operations in Central Command, and Maj. Gen. Richard B. Simcock II, deputy commander of U.S. Marines Corps Forces, Pacific, conduct an office call at Camp Lapu Lapu, Cebu, Philippines, May 13, 2014. The two generals were here to speak at the Urban Search and Rescue training closing ceremony, which focused on techniques needed for USAR missions that arise from natural disasters. The training evolution, as part of Balikatan 2014, aimed at enhancing interoperability and strengthening the Philippine-U.S. relationship.
