Senior Airman Jonathan Mellon shows Ann Gottlieb and Amy Reeves how to refuel a KC-10 Extender from a 93rd Air Refueling Squadron KC-135 Stratotanker during a spouses orientation flight over Washington and Oregon Nov. 7, 2012. Fairchild spouses flew as part of an ongoing program designed to orient them with what it means to be an Airman. Participants wore their respective husband’s flight suits adding to the overall realness of the experience. Mellon is a 93rd ARS boom operator. Gottlieb is the wife of Capt.
