Philippine Marine Staff Sgt. Rogie Neverio, native of Zambough City, fires his M16A1 rifle April 7 during a bilateral live-fire drill at a firing range in Crow Valley, Philippines as part of Balikatan 2013. Both Philippine and U.S. Marines participated in a modified course of fire to test their marksmanship skills. BK13 is an annual bilateral training exercise that fosters interoperability between Philippine and U.S. military forces across a wide range of military training actions.
