U.S. Marines, 3D Marine Expeditionary Brigade, during Freedom Banner 13 (FB13) unload vehicles from the U.S. Naval Ship 1st Lt. Jack Lummus, in Subic Bay, Republic of the Philippines, March 21, 2013. The purpose of the exercise is to help in the response time and working together effectively to provide relief and assistance in the event of natural disasters and other crises that threaten public safety and health.
