Members of Headquarters and Service Battalion, U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific color guard prepare to raise a flag over the USS Arizona Memorial here Oct. 24. The Marine Corps League Detachment 819 from Citrus County, Florida, sent it so it could be raised over the USS Arizona Memorial in honor of Ted Archambault, a former Marine and Pearl Harbor survivor.
