Sgt Justin Dues, from Marine Forces Pacific (Fwd), receives his award from Governor Eddie Calvo. Dues was awarded the Marine of the Year award at the 6th annual Guam United Services Organizations (USO) gala, which was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, Guam, April 16th. The event honored members from each military branch for their voluntary service.
