Chief Warrant Officer 4 Shelby Zimmerman, assistant head of Headquarters Marine Corps' Manpower Management Support Branch, briefs Marines from U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific, regarding the Personnel Evaluation System April 29 at Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. Zimmerman and his colleagues gave numerous briefings regarding the Marine Corps' promotion process, how to improve odds of selection, and instructions for the system's continued fair and accurate reporting to ensure only the best Marines are promoted and retained.
