Royal Thai Gen. Sakol Sajjanit, deputy chief of Royal Thai Defense Forces inspects Thai service members upon his arrival to Camp Suranaree. Sajjanit spoke at the open ceremony that kicked off Exercise Cobra Gold 2012. The exercise is an annual Thai-U.S. co-sponsored joint and multinational exercise designed to advance security throughout the Asia-Pacific region and enhance interoperability with participating nations.
