Riggs Napoleon, Pearl City Elementary 5th grader, crosses the finish line in first place during the 4x200 meter relay at Pearl City High School's athletic facility May 5. This victory helped his school grab first place overall for the fourth consecutive year at an annual field meet against seven other local elementary schools.
