Infantrymen with the Royal Thai Marines take up positions during an amphibious raid exercise. The training was part of Cobra Gold 2007, an annual U.S. and Thai exercise designed to ensure regional peace and strengthen the ability of the Royal Thai Armed Forces to defend Thailand or respond to regional contingencies.
