U.S. Marines stack cement blocks Feb. 1 during construction of a new building at Ban Kuad Nam Man School, Chat Trakarn District, Phitsanulok province, Kingdom of Thailand. Four similar structures are being built throughout the Kingdom of Thailand during ongoing engineering civic assistance projects part of Exercise Cobra Gold 2013.
