One has beaten the other, but the latter has beaten everyone else. Both teams will meet in the Camp Smith Intramural Flag-Football Championship after winning their respective semi-final rounds.

SOCPAC’s overall athletic team, with a record of 4-2 will face the technically-proficient Hustlers team, who boast a 5-1 record.

The Hustlers were able to beat Scared Hitless 20-0 with their usual long, accurate passing and trick plays. SOCPAC simply outmatched their opponent, the G-6 Marauders with a final score of 26-14.

“G-6 just fell apart,” said Michael Berg, Hustlers’ captain. After his game, Berg stayed behind to scout his future opponent.

The Hustlers have been preparing to meet SOCPAC after being beaten by them early in the regular season.

With one team out for revenge and the other looking to topple the giant, tomorrow’s game is building up to be an epic flag-football battle for first-place glory.

The championship will be played at Bordelon field here today at 11 a.m.
