Officials used posters and subject-matter experts during public scoping meetings last week to provide information and answer questions for Saipan and Tinian residents. The open-house format meetings, which concluded Friday, facilitated open dialogue regarding proposed alternatives in the CNMI Joint Military Training Environmental Impact Statement and Overseas EIS.
