Upon setup, a young girl approaches the Armed Forces of the Philippines team as they operate the First Response water purification system in order to fill her empty container with potable water here Dec. 10. The AFP and the U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific Experimentation Center joined to gather operational feedback on water purification systems while providing relief to Typhoon Bopha victims.
