Local people line up with five-gallon water jugs, July 15, to receive purified water at a water distribution area in Culandanum, Palaw-an. A cholera outbreak was declared, April 1, in Culandanum after at least 11 people died due to severe diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration believed to be caused by contaminated water.
