Kelly Damphousse, an associate professor with the University of Oklahoma’s Department of Sociology, gives his Evolution of Revolution Brief to dozens of service members and civilian personnel assigned to U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific, and Pacific Command July 12 at MarForPac Headquarters, Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. The purpose of the training was to recognize vulnerabilities and trends associated with terrorism tactics and how they evolve over time.
