U.S. Marines with Task Force Koa Moana, meet with Abraham Nasak, the director for the Vanuatu National Disaster Management Office to exchange humanitarian assistance and disaster and relief procedures at Port Vila, Efate Island, Republic of Vanuatu, Nov. 12, 2018. Task Force Koa Moana interacts with partner nations to build upon shared tactics, techniques and procedures that enhance readiness and capabilities ahead of real-world challenges.
