Pearl Harbor Survivor, Delton E. Walling, describes what it was like to be on post in a signal tower during the December 7, 1941 attack. He made himself available for visitors to ask questions after he attended the Pearl Harbor Colors, Honors and Heritage Ceremony at the World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument, Hawaii, Nov. 19, 2015. The ceremony is held once a month to honor the sacrifices of our armed forces, both those serving now and those have served.
