U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Roger Mathews speaks during a dedication ceremony Feb. 19 at the Ban Sa la Kai Fub School as part of Exercise Cobra Gold 2014 in Sukhothai, Kingdom of Thailand. During the exercise, four schools were constructed throughout Thailand. CG 14, in its 33rd iteration, demonstrates the U.S. and the Kingdom of Thailand's commitment to their long-standing alliance and regional partnership, prosperity and security in the Asia-Pacific region. Mathews is the deputy commanding general of U.S. Army, Pacific.
