The team helped clean three flood-affected schools. Bilateral Philippine-U.S. Marine Corps training during PHIBLEX sustains and reinforces the foundation and framework for a bilateral force to respond rapidly and effectively to regional humanitarian crises. The Filipino soldiers are with the Army Reserve Command. The Marines are with 3d Marine Expeditionary Brigade, III Marine Expeditionary Force. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Jose D.
