PAMPANGA, Philippines - Sgt. Devon Morris observes a landing zone from an MV-22B Osprey at Crow Valley, Capas, Tarlac, Republic of the Philippines, Sept. 17 while on a site-survey mission during Amphibious Landing Exercise 2014. The recurrence of PHIBLEX, now in its 30th year, demonstrates the U.S. and Republic of the Philippines' commitment to mutual security and their long-time partnership. Morris is a crew chief with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 166, part of the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit's aviation combat element.
